Hours of Service M-F 8 am - 6 pm Weekends and Holidays by appt only.
Ambulatory:
$30 base + $4.50 / mile
Wheelchair:
$50 base + 4.50 / mile
Stretcher/Gurney:
$150 base + $4.50 / mile
Wait time:
$30 / 30 minutes
Non-business hours, Weekends, and Holidays are an additional cost.
Service Area:
Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Rialto, Ontario, Montclair, and Upland. Rates are for this area. If you are not in these cities, call us we can still accommodate you.
